Cancellation Policy
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After this period, the order may already be processing or shipped, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
- If canceled within 24 hours, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.
- After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window for unused products in their original packaging. All returns must be pre-approved.
To start a return:
- Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for return.
- Our team will provide return instructions after approval.
Return requirements:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
- We do not refund original shipping costs.
⚠️ Items returned without prior approval or outside the return window may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
Refund timeline:
- Once we receive and inspect your item, please allow up to 10 business days for review.
- If approved, refunds may take up to 40 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
❌ We do not issue refunds for used, worn, or damaged products caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.
All refunds are processed in USD ($). Currency exchange fees or international transaction charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Product Concerns & Safety
Your safety is important to us. Please follow all product usage instructions provided with your order and on our website.
- Stop using any product immediately if it causes discomfort.
- Contact us with any questions or concerns about product usage or safety.
- Improper use may void your eligibility for refunds or replacements.
Damaged Items
We do our best to ensure safe delivery. If your item arrives physically damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To report a damaged item:
- Email us with your order number.
- Attach a clear photo of the damaged item.
If approved, we will send a replacement at no cost. Please note:
- Cosmetic damage to packaging (e.g., dented box) does not qualify.
- Damage due to use, wear and tear, or improper handling is not eligible for return or refund.
Shipping & Delivery
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier delays
- Customs or import issues
- Natural disasters or unforeseen events
We are also not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery
- Delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses
